We help to educate the community about the importance of spaying and neutering pets to control the pet overpopulation problem and to teach children and adults about how to be the most responsible pet owners they can be.

If you would like to schedule a classroom visit, after school presentation, or adult education workshop, please call the SMVHS to make arrangements.

Groups and organizations are also invited to make appointments to tour our shelter and learn, first hand, what we do to serve animals and the community.
